A contemplative community made up of priests, religious and laity.

We do not belong to a specific religious order; we are called “Diocesan Monks”. We fall under the jurisdiction of the Bishop of the Diocese of Solsona, but are governed by our own statutes following the Rule of S. Benedict, as used by the Cistercians and adapted in accordance with Vatican Council II. We live in solitude and by our own work. We are devoted to the study and propagation of the Sacred Scripture.

At the ancient Sanctuary of Ntra. Sra. de Lord (Our Lady of Lord), situated on a solitary Rock, inaccessible to cars, at an altitude of 1200 metres. The base of the path to the Sanctuary can be reached by car and is 6 kilometres from the village of St. Llorenc de Morunys, Province of Lleida.

Regular religious observance. Celebration of daily Mass . Sunday Mass with Gregorian Chants, using Cistercian cantoral, and Vespers with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. At the end of every day we observe Compline and Salve before Our Lady (La Virgen Morena)
